In order to receive updates as they happen, you must first "become a follower." (While this really goes against my grain, almost more than using a computer does, it is the way in). Click on the page where it says "follow" at either upper left banner or towards bottom right corner.
Once you are a follower, you will automatically receive new posts. If you would like to comment, you can "sign in" either at the upper right page in the banner, or near the "follow" area where it says "already a member? sign in."
After you sign in, there are options for setting up your member status.
You can add a comment by looking at the latest "post," hovering over the area that says "0 comments," and clicking on the word "comment." This will allow you to read all the comments and comment on them. Alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of the page below all the comments,where there is a box that says "post a comment ."
